The most convenient way to book a workout session is to click on "Schedule a Grind" at the bottom of any website page or send a direct email to JustGrindUp@gmail.com
Schedule A GrindIf cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled training session, the full cost of the session will be forfeited.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled training session is required to reschedule with no fee.
Payment is due in full prior to the start of the first session in the package. All major credit cards are accepted. No personal checks or money orders will be accepted. Payments are also accepted via CashApp or via cash transaction.
A basketball if you have access to one.
A bottle of water or hydrating sports drink with electrolytes.
An extra t-shirt or towel (optional)
You should come expecting to work hard. Player should be laced up and ready to begin at the scheduled start time. Each workout generally lasts 60-75 minutes including a warmup, stretch, and cool down.
Expect to be tired. Please be sure to eat 1-2 hours prior to the training session. While each workout will always be different than the previous, all workouts are composed specifically for each individual player.
There is a 15-minute grace period with notification. If there is no notification within 15 minutes of the training session start time, we will move on to the next client and the training session fee will be forfeited. If you arrive within the 15-minute grace period, the session will still end at the schedule end time.
