GRIND UP ATHLETICS focuses on functional, realistic basketball training techniques. This means that we prepare our clientele for game-day by equipping them with skills that will easily translate to the real game. 

First Time Members will need to complete an assessment of their current basketball knowledge and skills, followed by curated training sessions tailored specifically to each athlete to maximize on-court efficiency.

PRICING

All pricing is based on a monthly basis and all sessions must be used within a 4-week time frame (or 30 days).

STEP 1: ASSESSMENT

A 30 minute assessment of current skill level for first time clients.We use this session to create a customized workout for the athlete during private skill trainings.

$25 (1-time Fee)

*Assessments are for first time clients only.
The $25 assessment fee will be applied to your first training package if booked within 30 days.

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR DEDICATION LEVEL

THE STARTER

1 WORKOUT  / WEEK

1-on-1 trainings to incorporate all necessary skills from shooting mechanics, ball control, defensive strategies, and game simulation. 

THE GRIND

2 WORKOUTS / WEEK

(8 TOTAL)

$350 / mo.

For those looking to extend their game beyond the introductory level package.

LEAGUE DREAMS

3 WORKOUTS / WEEK

(12 TOTAL)

$500 / mo.

For the athlete looking to ritually refine their game. This is for advanced athletes or for those who are dedicated to the daily grind.
